Breakdown of Levels

At IMPACT, we aim to focus on level placement based on skills vs years of classes and age. The level system we have supports skills focused on so each class is working through similar skill sets rather than different levels based on age groups. (An exception of this is our short series classes which may be more tailored or focused to certain ages or skillset).

Foundational

Foundational classes are going to be introduction level classes. No matter the style, this is going to be where the basics are focused on and can be strengthened before moving on to more complex tricks and stylization.

Development

The Development classes are still strengthening the core of what skills and styles need, but taking it to the next level. The intensity increases with connection of skills, adding more of a style to the move and preparing for elite classes.

Elite

Elite classes are where skills are pushed to the next level., This is the highest difficulty classes we offer and it challenges students to go out of their comfort zone on stylization and push skills to the highest level.
