Class Themes

DANCE

  • Our recital classes are focused on growth in technique while also building confidence. Our classes have a variety of styles offered and for different ages and skill levels.

  • Our company program is invite only when our staff notices a dancer may be ready for the next level and a greater commitment than recreational classes.

    Our Company & Jr Company are required to attend dance conventions and regional competitions that are local to the Johnson County and close surrounding areas.

CHEER

  • Our cheer program is focused on teaching our students all aspects of cheer. Pom technique, stunting, dance, crowd engagement and performance.

    Each level will be required to perform at local sporting/team events in the area to help them practice cheering to a crowd and feeling more confident.

TUMBLING

  • Our recital classes are focused on growth in technique while also building confidence. Our classes have a variety of styles offered and for different ages and skill levels.

  • Our M.A.T.S. program is for the tumbler that is wanting that extra challenge. We participate in a local competitive tumbling program.

Breakdown of Levels

At IMPACT we focus on level placement based on skills vs years of classes and age. The level system we have supports skills focused on so each class is working through similar skill sets rather than different levels based on age groups.

Foundational

Foundational classes are going to be introduction level classes. No matter the style, this is going to be where the basics are focused on and can be strengthened before moving on to more complex tricks and stylization.

Development

The Development classes are still strengthening the core of what skills and styles need, but taking it to the next level. The intensity increases with connection of skills, adding more of a style to the move and preparing for elite classes.

Elite

Elite classes are where skills are pushed to the next level., This is the highest difficulty classes we offer and it challenges students to go out of their comfort zone on stylization and push skills to the highest level.
